Window Replace and Paint.

Two Windows. One Toilet Window (window 1) (approx. 450mmx700mm) with fixed glass louvres is to be replaced with new opening frosted window, with effected trim internal and external etc. painted and made good. Note this is on a second floor, but has good access from outside. One existing wooden window (window 2) (approx. 600mm x 900mm) needs preparation and painting. Not this is on the second floor and have some access issues. Paint will be supplied for both widows. Happy for window 1 (replacement window) to be priced with window excluded and paid on quote from manufacture post measure and order. Property is a rental, and access will be arranged by owners for Tradesman.
