Fix an internal door

Hinges re-fixed too many times in one place so need hinges moved and door rehung - urgent! This is a business based in Mangere (Airport Oaks) and door is mens customer restroom entry

Front Door replacement ++

I'd like to replace a ranch slider with a front door - move the ranch slider to replace an existing window (dimensions are identical) and replace another door with a new one. I don't have the parts so will need to have a builder with existing supplier relationships to supply new doors.

Supply and install replacement front door and install new security/screen door over that. It's in an alloy frame, but the wooden door is weetbix. Work must be done when tenant vacates- next month.

Replace french doors

Source and Replace old wood french doors, with new wood french doors. 4 panel doors. middle 2 opening. also take down gib , insulate and re gib wall either side of doors, about 1 - 2 M either side of doors.

Hanging Doors

(deleted wrong post, so re-posting) I have 2 doors that require hanging. The jams are on, the hinges will need to be checked in and door handles routed and put in. One door will need sizing also, but I may have time to do that. Its pretty standard stuff and I could do it but time is a factor with me completing a renovation/painting etc - please give me a rough estimate and your time frame please.

Fix a bit of wear and tear on bungalow

Onehunga bungalow back door skirting board has been cracked, possible forced entry, old metal silver door handle decayed and needs replacing, small trimmimn board outside against one of windows needs relacing, toilet seat replaced if possible, close to Onehunga Mitre 10. Between tenants so as soon as possible.

This is a small job. A hinge is broken and needs replacing. It is complicated by the fact that the old screw holes no longer hold the screws.

Replace a bedroom door

We have purchased a new door to replace a broken one for a bedroom. The hardware from the existing door needs to be removed and attached to the new door, the door will need to be painted (it is a pre-primed door) and then hung in place. Thanks

Install New Front Door and replace window hardware

I need a front door replaced which includes handing the door and attaching the locks and handles. It is a new cedar door that has been custom made, I have all the locks and hardware needed to do the job. I also need some handles attached to sliding wooden wardrobe doors (that don't have any at the moment) and some other window latches replaced in two bedrooms - I have the hardware already.
