Wall & Cavity Slider

The existing opening between our office & living room is 2205mm wide, by 2030mm high, we would like to close this opening with a cavity slider & new gib wall. We would like to use the biggest standard size cavity slider, approx 910mm, not yet purchased. The job is to purchase, install & make good the walls, to include handles & quality fittings. Painting optional.

Floor metal trim need replacing

In the back door way. The metal trim, edging the internal floor to the external back steps,has rusted and is a hazard to foot traffic. This metal strip needs to be replaced and secured. Completion by Friday would be good.

Fitting an internal door between kitchen and hall

We have just moved into a new house and there is no door between the kitchen/living room and the hall - making it impossible to warm the living area. The house is a 1954 brick and tile bungalow and we would like to use a reclaimed door - maybe a four pane with safety/double-glazed glass.

Bifold Doors Installation

We're looking for quotes to remove a window and install bifold doors from our lounge onto the deck. This job involves removing the existing window, cutting wall framing, gib & exterior weather boards. Raising and replacing the lintel to required height. Weatherproofing, cills, flashing and interior plastering to finish etc. This is not an immediate start as we've been told there is an 8wk lead on door manufacture.

Rehang wooden door

This door in our bungalow is out of whack and doesn't catch and close properly. I had the catch in the door frame moved a bit, but that only worked for a while. I think the door needs to be rehung so that it will close properly

We have 2 door handles that need to be fixed they have both come off the door and need to be put back in. Optional: There's also a curtain that needs to be rehanged which has also fallen off. This extra job is optional but will entail a higher fee.

2x door jobs

Our lounge door swings the wrong way. We would like it hinged from the opposite side of the door frame. Second job is to add door handle to french doors leading from kitchen to outside. there is currently a lock at the top of the door frame and at the foot of the door, but no door handle. Currently can not open from outside.

Fix a frameless glass door

Hi, we have a large frameless glass door, more like a commercial one, in our house in Grey Lynn. With a bit of movement in the house, the weight of the door has caused the sill to pull away a bit and the door is sticking. So we need someone to coordinate with some glass guys to remove the door, secure the doorstep, and then rehang the door.

Fix my Wooden Front Door

I would like this door fixed as it sticks, opening and closing, now that winter is here and I would also like the door re-sanded and re-varnished. The wood is natural under the varnish which is discoloured in places and sun damaged.

Replace Front Exterior Door

Front exterior door replacement required as existing fibre glass door has a crack. A new timber parkwood door has been delivered and we now would like the door to be fitted to the existing frame... the locks and handles moved to new door... and new door to be painted as close as practical to the existing door colour. There is also an attachment on the bottom of the existing door to stop drafts which will need to be attached to the new door. The timber frame of the door has been patch...
