Fix timber window keeper /closing

The locking handle (latch) is mounted on the right sash and is supposed to engage with a keeper (catch) See photos. However, the keeper is broken, making it impossible to close and lock the window properly. ( windows won't stay shut) I need fixing or replacement for the broken keeper and proper alignment to ensure the window functions correctly.

Warped French Doors

We have a set of double-doors/french doors as our front door. The left door has warped so that the lock goes out of alignment and the door cannot be closed. This changes based on the type of weather. Sometimes we can close it, sometimes we can't. It is nothing to do with the lock, we just need to stop the door moving. We also need this sorted within the next two days.

Sticking door

Kia ora, the land we are situated on is subsiding slowly, and the door to one of our clinic rooms is sticking badly at the top - the top of the door doesn't fit at the top of the door frame any longer. It is a very large aluminium door and probably just needs to be rehung a little? We tried rasping away the top of the door, but it didn't help.

Looking to get some timber windows refurbished in a 70’s build apartment. Awning window hinges need servicing. Some of the awning window joins need repairing. Would like to get a cost to replace one of the bottom solid panels with safety glass. Panel dimensions: W2110mm x H925mm. If you can restore the teak door, bonus! This is a short term solution as we are looking to eventually upgrade all the windows and joinery for double glazing at a later date.
