Replace rotten wood on one side of external bathroom window.

One side of the bathroom external window wood has rotted. I don't know how extensive and deep the rot has gotten. I can provide photos of the damage. The bathroom widow is effectively on the second story. It appears that water has been leaking down through the eves because the flashing around a vent pipe has fallen out of position. Allowing water to leak through. It would be great if someone had a 6m ladder to readjust the flashing back into position as well.
