Bach wall replace

Shop fit out - Oamaru

After Builders or Builder + Labourer/apprentice to help out on a shop fit out in Oamaru. Contract rates to be discussed. Job will involve demo, construction of new walls, install of insulation, gib, joinery, doors etc. There’s a number of these fit outs to do over the South Island so all going well there will be continued contract work. Reliability and an eye for detail is a must.

e. Around near the front door there is another storage cupboard and there is a new man-hole in the floor underneath here which the floor joists are 125x50’s, not 100x50’s, all still in very good condition. Sleep out

Hi. We are keen to build a sleep out on our property. Ideally we would like it to have a little bathroom attached (toilet, hand basin and shower). We have a concrete slab where it could go or we would have to build on the lawn from scratch. The sleep out will need to fit a queen bed (for when family visit) and a small wardrobe. Build a simple lined hut that will be used for off the grid accommodation. 4mx6m. One room. Would have small wood burner installed. Small kitchenette with gas burner and plumbing to outside. Ranchslider across the front. Colour steel exterior. To be built on piles. 2m deck out the front. Very simple project.
