e. Around near the front door there is another storage cupboard and there is a new man-hole in the floor underneath here which the floor joists are 125x50’s, not 100x50’s, all still in very good condition. It is a shame that the access into here is quite tight as they have not removed the floor joist that is running straight through the centre of the opening, it can be done and framed out , there is a gap between the metal framework and the white lining, there does look to be a bit of a seal around there but you can push it in and out which will create a gap and water will find this no trouble, so I would recommend that it be sealed on both sides once again and possibly around the bottom. Need these to be fixed
