Sleep out

Hi. We are keen to build a sleep out on our property. Ideally we would like it to have a little bathroom attached (toilet, hand basin and shower). We have a concrete slab where it could go or we would have to build on the lawn from scratch. The sleep out will need to fit a queen bed (for when family visit) and a small wardrobe. I have attached a small little plan. The marking would be where lights go etc. Thanks
