2x Room Extension + Ensuite

We are wanting to build 2x extra rooms onto our existing home plus ensuite to form an L shape house. We are also wanting a large deck built enclosed in the new L shaped space. Work is from start to finish move in ready. I have attached photos of our existing house plan along with the new design plan. New renovations are not drawn to scale. Room 4 - 5x3 metres minus hallway Room 5 - 5x4 metres Ensuite - 3x3.5 metres (flexible on sizing depending on price) Deck - 15x5 metres from western living room wall Room 1 - window needs to be moved to southern side Room 3 - extra window installed on eastern side Rooms 1, 4, 5 - will most likely need some built in wardrobes I haven't drawn these in. Work will commence October/November 2021 at the earliest. We would like a few quotes please: 1 - including all of the above renovations 2 - including all of the above except ensuite 3 - including all of the above except deck We are also open if you have a better design/layout of the above mentioned renovations.
