Cabin - could be built offsite

We have had plans done for a simple one bedroom cabin, 27sqm, for our section in Duntroon. We also have a materials estimate from Carters that includes the pre-built frames and trusses. I already have quotes for plumbing, drainage, electrical, tiling, roof etc so it would just be the building we need quotes for. It could be built offsite and relocated. Timber piles and floor, ply lining, weatherboard cladding.

We would like a quote for having a balustrade with 2 gates built on our concrete patio that has an archgola over it. There are 7 steel poles from the archogola to the ground which the balustrade needs to screw into, as the concrete patio is not suitable for drilling. Build us a false wall for a walk in wardrobe!

We're after someone to build an internal false wall in master bedroom to be a bed head one side/walk in wardrobe the other side (which we'll fit out with Elfa storage solutions).
