I am looking to update the bathroom and kitchen of a two bedroom dwelling, repaint the interior of the entire house, repaint the exterior window frames and wood work, minor recabling of the electrical lighting cables plus new lighting, update the flooring throughout and minor plumbing work.........also want to upgrade the fire which is currently inbuilt into the wall to a free standing model.......this would encompass some minor building work to expose the currently concealed chimney and flue.....need to meet someone onsite to discuss and arrange a quote, best to meet on a weekend if possible as property is in the Hakataramea Valley and I live in Christchurch, call me on --- to discuss and arrange site visit
