approx. 3.6 wide, 6.6 long and 2.4 high. monopitch maybe, need fire wall on one side as garage would need to go on boundary. Need plans to get consent at council. garage is to go between house and fence see photo - tight fit.

front deck our deck at the moment is not wide enough or safe at all and had no stairs or rails n we have a family help lol. we want to take away wat is there and make it a bit bigger.is like 1 mtr off the ground as well my partner would like to do it but works alot but would like to help n do wat he can to keep the cost down if all gose well with our wee budget we wont to do kitchen as well wich will be a big job i hate it

Renovating Bedrooms

We are renovating our three bedrooms. We need a great builder to do a few jobs. We need floorboards replaced in one of the rooms, re-gibing some of the walls, renovating some wardrobes. We will be eventually renovating our entire bathroom and toilet so there is possibility of on-going work. If you think you could help us out please let us know.

40m Timber fence, Residential.

We need a fence on the eastern boundary of our property. Same style and height as that on our western boundary. (Pic included of this). I think it;s about 2m tall. Note the dividing timber between the 2 driveways, it will follow this line. Length is near 40m, gently sloping to the north.
