Hi There, We are a Playcentre in Coatesville and need some work done on the cladding of our centre. There are several Hardiplank textured panels that need to be replaced or repaired around the building. We also have some rott on the ends of our barge boards so they need to be fixed or replaced.

Hi I recently had a deck built, however builder was dishonest in their qualifications, I now have a very unsafe deck. Is any qualified builder willing to offer there labour/skills to fix. Im willing to labour for as long as it takes, as our budget has been exhausted on a deck built by a cowboy, to repay any builder whom is willing to help to restore our confidence in the building industry.

We've framed up & closed up the outside with ply & windows, now need the inside walls gibbed/stopped. Ceiling also needs to be framed up and gibbed/stopped. Small amount of framing up for a bathroom too. Could be an on-going project until completion of a small studio unit. Small caravan for use if you want to stay out here while working!

whilst pulling off gib to insulate - have found that the block of wood supporting the wooden window frame has rotted, the rot extends to the exterior window sill and needs to be replaced. I need this to be fixed by next week please.

Due to the section slope (about 3 to4 meters difference) the house would have the garage under it with the living areas on top. ***I have had to put the job on hold until I get my rental house sorted out as apparently it has a leaking roof ***,I have some plans for a deck to be built over two water tanks, the tanks are not in the ground much so the deck might end up being close to 2m off the ground, the size of the deck on the plans is 8,800 x 4,020 and this will join up to existing decking and stairs on the house, I am selling the house and thinking this deck will make it more appealing so looking to have it done sooner...
