New deck 8.8m x 4m

***I have had to put the job on hold until I get my rental house sorted out as apparently it has a leaking roof ***,I have some plans for a deck to be built over two water tanks, the tanks are not in the ground much so the deck might end up being close to 2m off the ground, the size of the deck on the plans is 8,800 x 4,020 and this will join up to existing decking and stairs on the house, I am selling the house and thinking this deck will make it more appealing so looking to have it done sooner rather than later if it is within my budget, the plans have not been to council yet .
