Garden Shed Converted to Office

We are looking to get in touch with a builder and electrician in our area to help us convert our existing garden shed to an office. Ideally we would like a builder to come around and have a look at the shed so we can get an accurate quote and discuss options. For example we would like it reclad with weatherboards and the roof may or may not need replacing. The shed is approx 4m long x 3m wide on a concrete base. Depending on price, we would be looking to have this job completed within the next 4 months but can be flexible on the timeframe.
