Alteration to sleepout and new deck in Coatesville

We are looking for a builder who can oversee and manage the renovation of an existing sleepout and a new timber deck structure. The project is on a rural site in Coatesville. The attached plans and images describe the overall scope of the project. At this stage we are looking for a potential builder and a cost estimate. The existing building is a timber framed construction on timber poles. It consists of a workshop and a bedroom. Existing internal walls will be removed to make room for a new living room, bathroom and bedroom. The existing exterior cladding is vertical shiplap weatherboards. This needs to be assessed and partially replaced as required. Alternatively we are interested in the cost to completely reclad the building. The same applies to the roofing which currently is trough profiled steel. An on-site waste water treatment system may need to be installed – pending discussions with council. We would suggest to interested buidlers to meet on site to discuss the project in more detail.
