New house

We are looking at buying a section in Hellensville and building a two to two fifty m2 house. Due to the section slope (about 3 to4 meters difference) the house would have the garage under it with the living areas on top. The plan is to have a 3 car garage and a 3+1 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. I would like to know the approximate cost for building a similar house. If you could specify the cost per square meter.
