Aligning Corner of the House

Small Garage Roof Leak. Located in Hatfields Beach, Orewa, Rodney I would probably like a quotation first if possible? Garage roof is leaking only when very heavy rain down pours into garage. Replace external roc / plasterboards

The outside of the house has been built with sheets of plater / Roc plaster and this is now cracking and pulling away from the nail heads. The whole outside is now looking old, worn and ugly, need options for replacing and tidying up the whole front and side of house. Maybe some replacing of timbers required where they have not been treated. Just looking for quotes and timeframes at this stage.

Raised Vege Garden

We would like 3 x raised vege garden beds going down a sloping site, made in suitable treated timber. Each bed would be 5.3m long x 1.3m across, with square retaining poles and a top cap. The front edge of each bed can be no higher than 900mm. There would be a 1.3m gap between each bed. We would also like edging put down for us to fill with gap for access paths in-between, below and up the slope beside one side of the beds. We are located near Puhoi. Thanks.

we need a deck built off our dinning room it is approx 3.5m long and is on the second story. we want stairs to the lawn and a pergola type roof over half of it. it needs to be started ASAP we have replacement joinery we want installed, big 2m wooden doors and windows. it is an old villa so experience with villas preferred. this is the first job on a list we have so a good builder will get more work here. deck is to go on the flat side of the house in the picure.

I would like to put another door leading from our lounge to an outside deck. This would involve removing an existing window and putting in an aluminium door complete with side panel. Gap is not very wide so probably cannot fit french doors. Note brick work around window would require removal/ modification

I have 15 internal door handles and 5 privacy locks that need to be installed. There are existing holes in the doors which should work for the door handles/latches, however the privacy locks will need holes drilled into the doors and door frame for the handles, latches etc.

Existing lean-to garage is located on a concrete pad. Poor construction detailing has resulted in water ingress to the structural timbers resting on the pad.
