Pole barn

I have a kitset Goldpine 3 bay pole barn (13.5m L x 8m D x 4.2 H) that needs erecting in Kaukapakapa. I have all hardware and plans. This job to erect poles to council sign-off stage. Building site is flat, but required fill in form of rocks, gravel and sand to get it that way. Site has been stablilising for over a year. This job to erect foundations to council sign-off stage. Will need drilling and then longer poles (tradesperson takes possession of my original poles). To hit original soil and embed, 12 holes 1.4 - 2.9 deep. FIll excavated to be retained for flattening base (as it has settled). Payment: deposit negotiable, balance on council sign-off (i.e. council inspection of this part of the job is successful). This means firm, fixed price with any requests for additional finance to be agreed in advance of the work commencing. Failure to achieve council signoff will result in payment being withheld until this step is achieved. My payment will be made within 5 working days (hopefully sooner). Sorry, have been bitten before! I have the consent paperwork, but contact with council to be made by tradesperson for the inspections.
