New deck and stairs, install new doors

we need a deck built off our dinning room it is approx 3.5m long and is on the second story. we want stairs to the lawn and a pergola type roof over half of it. it needs to be started ASAP we have replacement joinery we want installed, big 2m wooden doors and windows. it is an old villa so experience with villas preferred. this is the first job on a list we have so a good builder will get more work here. deck is to go on the flat side of the house in the picure.
