Small Building Work

Need small building work done on property we are moving into 17th May..ideally if quote approved, we want the tradesmen to work the day that we move in to ensure we have the Garage fully setup to move our business into over the weekend. The Garage is divided into two (two single entries and double stacked on both sides)...One part is lined already with office attached and the 2nd part of the garage is unlined and is not going to be lined and will stay a singled entry double stacked 2 car garage. 1) However the lined part has two gaps to be fully secured/lined and no longer a functioning garage. It currently has no door between the lined/unlined garages part and this needs to be done as part of this job...door frame and door to be fitted with lock. 2) The floor where we want this new door slopes away and down (concrete floor), so either need a step to be built up to this new door that will be put in is likely one option. 3) the Garage door on the far end of this part of the garage needs a new wall, i.e. fully lined with frame/lining (bascially the garage door on that side will not be used anymore, and and will be a false door)...so this new wall will fully close up that garage.
