New Garage

Existing lean-to garage is located on a concrete pad. Poor construction detailing has resulted in water ingress to the structural timbers resting on the pad. Rather than try to replace timbers alone we wish to rebuild the gararge. Interested in constructing a semi-flat roof to allow wrap around decking area above the garage. Interested to re-use roofing if possible. Should the correct tradesman be found, we are alos interested in sealing and painting the existing board and batten hardiplank cladding. Scaffolding will be required due to height of the house and the topography.
