House Extension

We're looking to add an approx 50m2 extension to the front of our single story house. It would involve adding a new bedroom and ensuite where the garage is now (plumbing on same side as existing bathrooms), extending front wall and roof of house towards the road, and extending and upgrading kitchen (possibly need to remove internal wall). We have existing building and roof plans but are still at the quote stage, so no formal new plans. Ideally we'd like either inhouse or recommend architect/registered builder to complete drawings too.
