Deck rebuild in waitara

we have a deck that is coming apart so we want to get rid of it and get a nice new deck built and made to suit us at the moment it wraps around two side but we want to thin it down on one side and redo the stairs and widen it one side and get rid of the stairs as well as wrap the deck around to a third side and have a ramp coming off it. current deck at the highest point off the ground is one meter

Hi, We need some of our deck replaced and a barrier around the fence to be made as it has rotted, there is a fibreglass coating on it that would need to be removed first and then replacement ply put down etc its hard to describe so best to come and have a look

Repairs around rental property

We have a 4 bedroom rental property in New Plymouth and need some repairs done to aluminum windows i.e. sealant around frames, joints, etc to stop moisture. Sealant around showers, a bathroom ceiling fan that needs to be ducted outside that is not currently ducted outside, replace rubber in shower door, nails in bathroom ceiling rusted and needing to be replaced, extractor fan to be installed in bathroom window, finishing battens sealed, side wall cladding renailed and gaps sealed.

House extension

A 12 x 3.5 m extension to inner part of L shape house. Piles are driven waiting for building. Plans permitted. Drawn by me so builder needs vision :-) One bedroom, one dining and new entrance recessed between these two rooms. Approx 8 degree pitch roof merged into existing 15 deg, so builder needs to know his roofs.

Make two small rooms/areas into one long bedroom, ie a study and an alcove into one room). Requires knocking out one wall and putting in a wall where there is an opening into the passage. Also building in a wardrobe. Plus any finishing required. The finished room size would be approximately 11 sqm so it's not a big room.

New deck and bench seats

Current deck off back of house is starting to rot in places. Would like to rip up, rebuild and add bench seats at ground level in two places. Deck is about 400mm to 500mm off ground height. Current piled still in good condition so can maybe reuse? Also want a trelis screen along one section of fence to add privacy.

Re-roof 1927 Bungalow.

100m2, straight line pitch. Does also have a section of about 1m x 3m of old corrugated asbestos cladding. The rest is standard long run iron roofing. Also needs fascia boards at either end of house replaced. Shouldn't require scaffolding. Garage roof also needs painting. Roof is new but still bare corrugated iron. Garage is straight line pitch, 6m x 6m, detached from house.

Re-roof

1916 Bungalow in need of a re-roof. Currently has long run corrugated iron roof which is rusting through in area. Is in a L shape and the beam running from the inner angle of the L is rotten due to a leak. Wanting a re-roof and rotten beams replaced.
