New deck and bench seats

Current deck off back of house is starting to rot in places. Would like to rip up, rebuild and add bench seats at ground level in two places. Deck is about 400mm to 500mm off ground height. Current piled still in good condition so can maybe reuse? Also want a trelis screen along one section of fence to add privacy.
