To add two soundproof walls/partitions to existing basement rumpus room to create a soundproof music studio. Will also need to have false ceiling installed with soundproofing between this and existing ceiling. We will require walls finished with gib stopping complete ready for painting. We also wish to have a wardrobe/cupboard made in the studio for storage. Provision will need to be made for electrical points and improved lighting within the new room. External walls are already in place and gib lined concrete block.
