Deck stairs

Deck is approx --- meters and we require stairs on it. In one corner I would like a 1m high railing to give a bit of shelter. This would go from the ground 1.6m and be 1.5m and 2.5m around corner approx. (stairs not required therefore on that part, it is the far corner in the photo). We have the timber already for the stairs, but not for the raised area. The timber we have is pine 13.5x3cm.

We have an expol job that requires completion under the floor of our house. All expol is already purchased and waiting in shed and job is 50% done. Builder was family and moved away. But it's a small space and quite a fiddly job. Most of the cutting around the pipes is complete, but still a little more to do. Thanks

Bulid a roof over back door deck

We have a consented job available for a local builder. We have built a deck out our back door and it requires lean too roof , which connects to the house to be built. Mono pitch roof. All poles are in place already. Been told it's a simple job but just can't get anyone to complete for us. Any help would be appreciated.

One bay window building consent already received - widening lintel required. One other window to be installed - shorter than current window area so wall to be framed up to new window.

We have a hilly section with existing retaining walls. We are wanting a set of steps up from one level of the garden to the top level. We need someone to design and construct appropriate steps. We are also possibly (but not definitely) wanting a fence built at the top of the retaining wall. This would be a simple wooden fence to give some wind protection to our vegetable garden. We need a 60m2 kwila deck to be built with no seating or guard rails. Once finished the deck level will be between 600-1000mm off the ground - this is just a bit lower than the level of the french doors. The deck is attached to a new build transportable house on a farm. Drive up access to the job.
