Area of rotten floor around shower & vanity. Remove vinyl flooring, vanity & shower. Replace rotten floor finished ready for new vinyl & reinstall vanity & shower. I realise we will not know the extent of this job untill vinyl & fittings are removed. Looking for someone who can get started ASAP.
