Outdoor steps, and possibly a fence

We have a hilly section with existing retaining walls. We are wanting a set of steps up from one level of the garden to the top level. We need someone to design and construct appropriate steps. We are also possibly (but not definitely) wanting a fence built at the top of the retaining wall. This would be a simple wooden fence to give some wind protection to our vegetable garden. Those gales last year gave it a hammering... We require someone who can quote for the jobs separately as we might only go ahead with the steps at this stage.
