Deck stairs

Deck is approx --- meters and we require stairs on it. In one corner I would like a 1m high railing to give a bit of shelter. This would go from the ground 1.6m and be 1.5m and 2.5m around corner approx. (stairs not required therefore on that part, it is the far corner in the photo). We have the timber already for the stairs, but not for the raised area. The timber we have is pine 13.5x3cm.
