Make two small rooms/areas into one long bedroom, ie a study and an alcove into one room). Requires knocking out one wall and putting in a wall where there is an opening into the passage. Also building in a wardrobe. Plus any finishing required. The finished room size would be approximately 11 sqm so it's not a big room.
