1916 Bungalow in need of a re-roof. Currently has long run corrugated iron roof which is rusting through in area. Is in a L shape and the beam running from the inner angle of the L is rotten due to a leak. Wanting a re-roof and rotten beams replaced. Also needs structural strengthening as has the old triangular beams but no extra reinforcements for wind etc running from the outer beams to the ceiling. Happy for inspection before receiving quote.
