Landscape Designer

Posted 1 week ago

We have a house in Blockhouse Bay that needs to be landscaped according to overland flow path regulation a propos a flooding report (This report and site plans/elevations are already available). Essentially, the deck and some of the built up garden beds need to be removed and replaced with an alternative that will not obstruct the overland flow path. As this area gets flooded occasionally and is in constant shade, nothing survives there. So we need someone with a bit of imagination to make it...

Prepare my room for painting

Posted 1 week ago

I bought an old 70s house. The bedroom (on photo 1.2;14 m2, ceiling 2.4 m) had painted wallpaper. I removed it and washed the ceiling as clean as I could. I want to paint the room by myself, but need help to prepare ceiling and walls for painting. I read that regib and gib stop a room is about the same pri...

Boundary fence

Posted 1 week ago

Hi, Looking at getting quotes for around 100 m of boundary fencing. The land is slightly sloping so that will need to be taken into account. There are also other neighbours that may require further fencing so may be a opportunity for a significant job. I still need to talk to the neighbours regarding this, unless you are able to on my behalf, as they are still building their house as well. I am also looking at purchasing a 3 three rail fence to put around the front of my property...
