Transformation stairs from carpet to wood

Hi, We are considering to transform the staircase from carpet to wood. The stairs are 14 steps in total, 0.9m width + 0.3m tread + 0.18m rise. One stair landing with 2.2m x 1.0m area. I can remove the existing carpet by myself, and need you to help me to transform the stairs to hardwood (wood and other materials need to be provided by you).
