Laundry Cabinetry and TV Unit top

We are looking to tidy up our current laundry and downstairs toilet. We need a new cabinet built and installed hide the washer and drier plus linen storage. Approx 1.4 wide x 3m tall. Preference is to stack the washer and drier with draws for storage between. And linen storage to one side floor to ceiling. Two pot finish on doors. We also need a new bench top for our TV unit. 3.2m long and 500 deep. Preferably some sort of laminate timber finish. We are looking to remove the book shelving above the base (see pictures) and just have a bench top.
