New Staircase and ballustrade for concrete verandah

We have a concrete verandah one storey high which currently has a short ballustrade which is unsafe for small children. (See photo's) We would like to replace the ballustrade with a new wooden framed vertical wire ballustrade of approximately 1 metre high. We would also like a stair case built from the right hand side of the verandah, attached to the blue concrete block wall, to provide access from the verandah to the garden.

Replace old Methven Ceramic taps and mixer

In the bathroom we have two ceramic methven taps with a separate mixer. (see photo's) Water is leaking quite badly from the mixer, with some water seepage from the bases of the taps aswell. We understand the taps are not made anymore, and would like a builder / plumber to replace them. Ideally we would like a Methven Futura basin mixer installed where the basin spout is now, and 2 basin stops installed in place of the taps. We can buy the methven futura mixer for $265. Re-roof 1927 Bungalow.

New Plymouth

100m2, straight line pitch. Does also have a section of about 1m x 3m of old corrugated asbestos cladding. The rest is standard long run iron roofing. Also needs fascia boards at either end of house replaced. Shouldn't require scaffolding. Garage roof also needs painting. Roof is new but still bare corrugated iron. Garage is straight line pitch, 6m x 6m, detached from house.

Caravn wiring needs attention

Some of the iron is much newer where house was extended approx 15 years ago so may not all need replaced if colours can be matched in some way. Job will include demolishing a couple of redundant chimneys to under roof level. Guttering may be ok as is.

Bought a section in Otatara, Invercargill. We want to build a 2 level house. 271 square meters, (including a 2 car garage). It has 3 double bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite & a study room. An open plan kitchen, that leads to the dining room that flows to the living room & than to the lounge area. The rooms are on the second level, including a common bathroom, toilet as well. Cladding is likely to be linear board with schist features.

Bathroom extractor fan

A 1930s bungalow, previous owners have renovated half the bathroom area into the kitchen. So when we moved in, the extractor fan/grill/heatlamp/light all in one fixture was on the kitchen ceiling. I have a largish three bedroom house with wooden joinery which is clad in weatherside. Weatherside is a wooden weatherboard a similar thickness to hardiplank, which over time deteriorates.
