I have a largish three bedroom house with wooden joinery which is clad in weatherside. Weatherside is a wooden weatherboard a similar thickness to hardiplank, which over time deteriorates. i would like to get the house re-clad by removing and replacing only the window scribers and not actual windows. While the cladding is off each wall, i would like to replace the building paper / building wrap (or install if there is none already fitted) There are 3 pull out canvass awnings which will need to be removed and refitted afterwards. There are also false louvre/shutters attached either side of each window which will require removal and discarding. The house is up a steep drive and part of a duplex on a slope so that one wall is above the roof of the other unit. There are people living in the house so the site needs to be maintained reasonably tidy. A fixed price quote will be required (obviously after viewing the job) and I am unable to employ someone based only on an hourly rate.
