Small box for Ventilation grille

Looking for 4 x small wooden box to be built, to be a surface mount housing for an exterior ventilation grille. Exact dimensions to be confirmed. But something like 205mm wide x 235mm tall x 120mm deep. This box does not have a front or back but is the frame if you like, for the PVC pipe to come through and attach to the grille.
