Top of stairs at plug point: screw wall panel heater into nogs so it is fixed and not free-standing.

Replacement handrail on deck

Replacing existing deck handrail that has rot. The profile is 30mmx 70mm and measures 16540mm in length, there is a step down section with glass included on the eastern side of the deck. There is currently a D shaped trim on the underside of the handrail which may need replacing also if rot is present.

Gib Installation - 2x 1.2x2.7m sheets for high ceiling

Door and door-sill replacement

Our current door is old and leaking. It's currently locked, and no key will open it so will need to be removed somehow. The door-sill underneath is rotten and will need replacing. We are seeking a qualified tradesperson to inspect and repair a vertical hairline crack in an interior plasterboard wall. The crack is located above a bathroom door frame and extends upward toward the ceiling, approximately 1 to 1.5 metres in length.
