We want a deck built - no more than 1m high. Not sure of exact m2 yet but around 14m2 . Also need a concrete pathway breaking up and relaying (approx 6m x 1.5m) and a small piece of lawn area laying. There is also a block wall that need repairing. Some of the top pieces are missing/broken.

Leaky Conservatory

I have an existing wooden conservatory that is leaking. It appears that some of the conservatory has been made from untreated wood. The wood on the ceiling part of the conservatory is rotten and requires replacing. Some of the Glass panels have small leaks, so it looks like the glass hasn't been sealed properly either. There is a gutter that runs along the back of the conservatory that may need replacing and also needs to be looked at.

Move a small sleepout approximately 20 metres to a new position on the site. The sleepout is about 2.5 x 3.7 m, and currently sitting on 12 small concrete piles. The job will include either preparing new piles or instructing me how to prepare them, then moving & remounting the sleepout. No electrical reconnection is required.

Needing a quote on building or extending our deck. I would like a 50m2 pine deck to be built with railings/pallustrates all around. Once finished the deck level will be about 1m off the ground - this is just a bit lower than the level of the french doors leading from my lounge-room.

We want to create a timber/clear polycarbonate based cover for a part of our patio. It should also have a backwall and possibly one sidewall to protect against wind and rain as this area is should be the place for a future outdoor kitchen. The area is concreted with pavers (laid on sand so can be removed easily). Two of the posts would need to go into ground, the two other on concrete. Should be fairly simple to do, probably could do it myself but not sure about the need for brazing etc. The job...
