Leaky Conservatory

I have an existing wooden conservatory that is leaking. It appears that some of the conservatory has been made from untreated wood. The wood on the ceiling part of the conservatory is rotten and requires replacing. Some of the Glass panels have small leaks, so it looks like the glass hasn't been sealed properly either. There is a gutter that runs along the back of the conservatory that may need replacing and also needs to be looked at.
