Decking and concrete

We want a deck built - no more than 1m high. Not sure of exact m2 yet but around 14m2 . Also need a concrete pathway breaking up and relaying (approx 6m x 1.5m) and a small piece of lawn area laying. There is also a block wall that need repairing. Some of the top pieces are missing/broken.
