Gib and tile bathroom + odd jobs

We're getting ready to sell out house and need to get the following jobs done: * Gib 2 walls in the bathroom (see photo). * Tile or hardiglaze the area above the bath. * Install a glass panel to prevent splashing from the shower. * Fix 2 wooden windows that have come off their hinges. On one of the windows the wood behind the catch has splintered away and the glass pane is broken (see photo). * Stop 3 windows from jamming (the wood behind the hinges has swollen). * Fix broken bargeboard and missing tile on corner of the roof.
