Window and Door frame replacement

An aluminium window in the bath room has been damaged and needs replacing. A door frame has also been damaged. It has ripped away from the old wooden wall framing. This wall framing will most likely have to get replaced in allow the door frame to be repaired. I am happy to provided access if an inspection is required to quote.

Remove old metal spouting replace with Marley.

Top spouting needs to be replaced as has rusted. Lower level spouting is not draining properly so would like that removed and then re-attached so that it drains properly.
