Bought a section in Otatara, Invercargill. We want to build a 2 level house. 271 square meters, (including a 2 car garage). It has 3 double bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite & a study room. An open plan kitchen, that leads to the dining room that flows to the living room & than to the lounge area. The rooms are on the second level, including a common bathroom, toilet as well. Cladding is likely to be linear board with schist features.
