Darren responded when the job was first posted. But during the 4 months he endeavoured to draw plans for the decks there were many times when my phone call, texts and emails went unanswered. I believe he was out of his depth and blamed the council, myself, the builders and even suggested the house could be built on Maori land as a reason his plans were rejected by the council 3 times. The last time there were 3 pages of RFIs. I also paid him a $1,000 for nothing and yet he still thinks I owe him...

Easy project for Darren. It's a steep learning curve with architects and councils so advise to check the drawings are accurate yourself and forms filled in correctly. I needed changes on both ends which has delayed things. Happy to refer Darren however.
