Albert was very friendly when he came down, and had a clear plan on how to tackle each job. He also answered all communications very quickly, suggesting the viewing, which was helpful since this is my first time using builderscrack and wasn't too sure what the normal procedure is. The first day was wrought with difficulty beyond his control.
