The outcome was good however it’s worth noting that akim works was sub contracted and was not originally done to an acceptable standard and the works wasnt fully inspected by pars property which the. required multiple returned trips to repair. Communication was good and all amends request were dealt with. Would recommned

Good tradesman, easy to talk to and agree on the scope, patient with my other contractors who were causing us major delays, as they were not finishing their parts on time, for Pars Property to complete their part and move on, so considering the chaos we were in, I think Pars Property did an outstanding job. I will definitely consider them for future jobs, hopefully they'll be easier than this one was, as I am not making the metal stairs ever again :-)

Mehrdad was great - a quick communicator, knew exactly what he was doing and managed to fix a paint job that we had 'fixed' by someone else three months ago. He also patched and painted our walls and it looks spotless! We would definitely use him again.
