Painting and Whiteboard mounting
Job description
I need handyman services for the following: - Scraping and repainting of parapet wall on deck. Side walls, guard rail and exterior are not required. - Minor assistance with furniture assembly. (Fitting legs on a small sofa and positioning of a dining table) - Mounting a whiteboard.There is a metal strip on the back of the whiteboard for mounting. (see picture) I do not have a corresponding strip that would go on the wall.

Albert was very friendly when he came down, and had a clear plan on how to tackle each job. He also answered all communications very quickly, suggesting the viewing, which was helpful since this is my first time using builderscrack and wasn't too sure what the normal procedure is. The first day was wrought with difficulty beyond his control. The building managers prescribed the wrong color paint, and the wall to hang up the whiteboard didn't have any studs behind it to attach to. Despite all that, he stayed focus on the job and finished it with good quality in a timely fashion. He also offered any required post-job touchups or repairs for free. 110% recommended!
