Pool Surround - Northcote Point

We recently completed this pool surround for a residential client. Our scope; excavation, supply/install basecourse material, boxing, reinforcing mesh and supply, placement and finishing of the concrete. 8kg of black oxide with a hard steel trowel finish and acid etched after curing to create a light, subtle slip resistant finish

Parking bay revamp in Birkenhead

A small residential parking bay upgrade designed to increase usable width and improve overall functionality. The scope involved removing the existing grass pavers and relocation of the existing concrete wall 600mm outward to create additional space. We excavated down to a competent subgrade, then imported and compacted high-quality basecourse and installed reinforcing mesh to ensure a stable foundation. A new drainage pit and connections were installed to manage runoff effectively. The new concrete parking area was then supplied, placed, and expertly finished with an exposed Longburn pebble surface. After curing, the concrete was acid washed to remove any efflorescence, leaving a clean, durable, and visually appealing finish.

Daycare gets a new walkway!

Our services were engaged to facilitate the entrance way upgrade at a local daycare centre which was needed to improve both the safety and accessibility. The project included the installation of a small timber retaining wall, basecourse preparation, followed by boxing, reinforcing mesh and placement of new concrete for a durable, functional ramp and pathway. The job was finished with sturdy, compliant Timber handrails, delivering a clean, modern result that enhances both functionality and appearance for everyday

Slipping away in Birkenhead

We successfully completed a land slip stabilisation project, restoring safety and stability to a compromised embankment. The works involved removing slipped material and vegetation, followed by careful hand contouring of the slope back to competent soils. We installed Cirtex engineered matting, securely pinned in place with driven anchors, and implemented a robust tie-back system connected to deadman piles and a support beam. The system was then tightened and locked off to a timber waler using plates and nuts, creating a strong, long-lasting solution designed to prevent future movement and protect the surrounding area.

Garage to Bungalow

We recently completed a garage conversion, transforming a single-car garage into a cosy, fully liveable bungalow sleepout. The project involved a carefully considered design to maximise every inch of available space, combined with high-quality workmanship from start to finish. The result is a warm, functional and fully compliant dwelling additional and seperate to the main home’s living space. The client was thrilled with the outcome, now having a comfortable and versatile area perfect for accommodating guests and family.
