Install facia mounted alum pergola onto deck, may require deck balustrade mods

Fantastic work and great pricing for the job, completed at great speed as well, very happy with the look of the deck after the reclad in kwila and the Aluminium pergola install with modification to the hand rail where its posts come down, with the little bar stands I requested to be created as well all looks fantastic.

RE-CLADDING

We were very lucky to find Khan and his team who are highly skilled tradesmen, and Amy who is an amazing communicator doing the project management. Very nice people to work with and super professional. The cladding completed is of a very high standard and done at a reasonable cost, which we are more than happy with. We will definitely recommend Khan and Amy to friends and family for any renovations or building projects they have. Kind Regards Chris and Felicity

Structural Timber Repair Under Bath - LBP Required

Highly recommend Khan and Shoreline Builders! They provided a great, cost-effective solution for our bathroom renovation. Khan's work is top-notch, and he is extremely responsive. He went above and beyond to help us investigate a hidden leak issue and provided professional support for our insurance claim. Thank you, Khan, for being so honest and supportive!
